By creating an account or using Jobgym (the website, browser extension, or related services), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Statement.

You are responsible for:
You must be at least 16 years old to use Jobgym.
You retain ownership of the CVs, job information, notes, and other content you upload or create (“Your Content”).
By using Jobgym you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely as needed to provide the service to you (including AI processing for CV and cover letter generation).
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and use any content you provide.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Jobgym uses artificial intelligence to help generate and refine career documents.
AI-generated content is provided as a tool to assist you. You remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and suitability of any materials before you use them in applications or elsewhere.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free or produce any particular outcome (such as job interviews or offers).
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
Refunds are handled in accordance with New Zealand consumer law and our refund policy (if any) at the time of purchase.
Jobgym is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or NZ$100 if you have not paid us anything).
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other non-excludable New Zealand law.
You may stop using Jobgym and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we need to do so for legal or operational reasons. We will provide notice where reasonable.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the extension solely in connection with a valid Jobgym account and for your own personal use.
You may not:
This licence ends automatically if you uninstall the extension or if we terminate your right to use it under these Terms.
Core analysis and CV-tailoring features of the extension require a Jobgym account.
When you use the extension to send job data into Jobgym, the full Jobgym website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy continue to apply to that data and to your account.
The Jobgym browser extension is designed to help you send job advertisements into your Jobgym account with one click.
In addition to the general acceptable-use rules that apply to the Jobgym platform, you agree that you will not:

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
